Default Factory warranty cover loose parts?

Back on New Year's day I bought a 2007 GT, but just took it out of storage this past Wednesday. It has 8600 miles on it now, and about 17 months of the 36 month warranty.

I notice a buzzing, chattering sound when I start off in first gear that sounds like something is probably loose in the rear of the car and is vibrating.

Is this sort of thing covered by the warranty? It's been many years since I had a warranty on a car, so I don't remember this stuff.

Thanks for any replies.

If your within your 36 month warranty I couldn't see why they wouldn't. As long as you didnt change your gears or modify the rear you should be fine.

there is a bulletin that may fix this problem, some 06/07 mustangs may be missing the bolts on the lower portion of the separator plate allowing it to buzz, its just a matter of installing 2 bolts and it would be covered by your warranty
