Default Oil on spark plugs

Well the title says it all. I changed the plugs on the g/fs mustang yesterday, and wasn't very happy to find oil on cylinder #5 and #7. I was thinking rings could be going or maybe valve seals? Anyone have any other, easier fix ideas? lol Also it seems like since I last drove it and got on it, it's lost power. I'm pretty sure it doesn't burn oil, but not 100% posotive.

Do a compression test on it. will eliminate oil leaking into there from another location like the vavle guides or intake gasket.

Is the oil on the insulator and electrode or just the threads? Post a pic.
