Default No Cruise? Need some help troubleshooting

Hey everyone, I have a 1995 Mustang GT Convertible (every option).

My steering wheel has the cruise control buttons, my fuses for cruise are good, and the cables for cruise are attached. What else should I be checking?

The cruise control disable arm. It's located on the upper part of your brake pedal. Mine was white with a green attachment. Mine broke last year. Give it a check.
