I have an 05 Roush Mustang GT Sport, Roush CAI, 4.10's, Pro 5.0 short throw, and a tune from from American Muscle. I am happy with the new shifter and gears, but want a little more. I don't want to use Nitrous/Turbos/Super Chargers, no offense to anyone that does, just not for me. Mods I am considering,

Throttle body
Intake manifold
Ported Heads
Cams
Long tube headers
Exhaust

I am looking to get 400 - 500 HP if possible. I am open to suggestions and thoughts on how to go about this and what parts to use. Looking to install next Spring.

With a stroker, heads/cams and all the other crap you could get in the ballpark, but realistically at the crank you're only going to be looking at low-mid 400's in something that most people would call "streetable." With stock displacement, low 400's probably.

You need to remember that to get more power out of a smaller engine you need more rpm, so the engine doesn't perform as well at the lower street driving rpm range, and then you need more gear to go with it, and you end up with something that gets horrible mileage.
