Questions on selecting new headlights - help
Hello everyone,
I have a 2006 Mustang v6. I think my low beam light are terrible and would love some more light ahead of me so I can see what is coming. I have done a great deal of reading on this topic but I want some opinions from other mustang owners. I have been told that HID do a much better job than Projector lights, but I the one thing I can not find is picture comparisons. So I am consulting you on the following topics
1) Would Projector headlights be better or HID? What is the difference in illumination between the two? If you choose HID, what color should I get?
2) I really like the Halo for my headlights. Can I get those for daytime lights on both HID and Projector?
3) If you have a preference, do you have a picture you could share that shows the mustang's lights on and off? (please only share 05-09 mustang headlight pics. That is the style I have)
4) if I have HID does that mean I give up my high beams?
5) Are there HID headlights or are they all conversion kits (I hear a lot of bad things about the conversions kits)
6) If I get HID, how do I avoid being illegal?

Projectors sork badly and are worse than OEMs.

with a center GT fog light grill with 9145ST SilverStars.
That boosts the light output quite a bit over the 2 OEM headlights alone...
4) if I have HID does that mean I give up my high beams?
the HID bulb down for a high beam like pattern.
So the answer is yes/no depending on the HID kit you buy...

onto the street and not into oncoming drivers eyes. $1000.
6) If I get HID, how do I avoid being illegal?
disobey the laws. (HIDs are DOT legal...)
