95 power window regulator??

95 power window regulator??
My motor just quit, and i tried pulling the regulator and track assembly out but I cant get it close. I got all the bolts out, but I can't get the window up enough to drill out those bottom rivets to pull the window out. The motor quit with the window down so I need some pointers. Any help fellas?
