kenne bell supercharger blowing rad coolant out of rad??
In desprerate need of help.
I recently installed a Kenne Bell supercharger on my freshy built 306. After running it for a couple hour I blew the head gasket ( caused by a bolt from the supercharger falling out and sucking to much air before mass air and running the car lean).
After many hours of research my machinist convinced me to install cometics head gaskects since i plan on running one day 22 lbs of boost.
After rebuidling the car we took it for a test drive.
Car work perfect except when the boost kicks in. WHen the boost kicks in it emptys my rad. Only when the boost kicks.
Its no coming out of the exaust. it seems that the boost is going into the rad and the reserve tank start gushing all the coolant and then the car start to over heat since there are no coolant in the rad.
What i dont understand is I've driving the car the hole day and it runs perfect when im off the boost but the minute i give it to her she starts gushing coolant.
I assumed right away it was head gasket again but wouldn't do it all the time and only in boost. somebody told me it may be intake leak which the boost would mix in the coolant port. Im sure we placed the intake gasket correctly and we did tork it to spec 24 lbs. I am only running 9 lbs of boost.
What is wrong with it and what can i do to fix it.
thanks in advance.

Most stock head gaskets, that are meant for non boost cars cant handle the boost. Get the felpro lock-wire gaskets that should cure your problem.

i had does gasket before and i blew them. the cometic are stronger and i was told can hnadle up to 30 lbs of boost.
im just wandering if its my heads gasket which are blown again or intake gaskets.
