MIL's
 
Does "tricking" the computer with MIL's cause any potential car damage in the long-term or does it not cause any damage at all? Thanks.

I doubt they would sell them if it hurts your car but I cant say for sure they dont

think about it this way: when there was no emissions, no cars came with catalytic converters. so all muscle cars and pre80s cars are uncatted for the most part...

newer cars, however, are very electronically dependent. but no real harm will be done to the vehicle's running or performance
