Cool CAI & Tune: Tuner versus Dyno?

Gearing up to get my new ride by the end of the year.. Noob question, but whats the difference in cost and or quality, as far as getting a tuner with pre programmed tunes. Or having some one at a quality Mustang Performance Shop like GTR do it on the dyno??

How much does it cost to have a performance dyno tune done on the car?

Pros and cons if any..

Thanks in advance for the replies...

I talked to somebody at GTR about this recently and was told that their rate was $125/hr. N/A cars might tune in an hour or two, cars with power adders could take a little longer. You should probably pick up a tuner anyway, they come in handy sometimes. Dyno tune will give a better tune than a tuner, but if you just got bolt-ons it might be a waste of money.
