Default how to tell if a car had nitrous on it at one point?

As the title says i am going to buy a mustang tommorow and i just want to make sure that the car never had nitrous or any adder like that put threw the motor. What are some tell tail signs that yes indeed it did have nitrous run threw it?

Aside from inspecting the cylinder heads lol, i would look for areas around the cai tube or the manifold to see if it looks like someone ran nitrous or fuel lines in there. Also, i would inspect the trunk area to see if a bottle was mounted, or that they ran lines through it. You might want to check the ashtray or glovebox to see if it's been hacked up in any way.

Other than that i can't think of anything else at the moment.

If they did it right, you won't be able to tell other than a few small holes here and there where they had lines and wires run and bottle brackets and solenoids mounted. You might try to get your hands on a bore scope to look at the tops of the pistons through the spark plug holes but if the system was operated properly you won't be able to tell. If it wasn't, you may see some signs of detonation on the tops of the pistons.
