Hi there, I want to slap a 400sbc into a 1968 Ford Mustang Coupe. I know I will need: Engine (obviously..) with ECU/WIRING, Tranny (Turbo 400), Custom Headers, and engine mounts. What else do I need to know about this swap, if it's possible and if it is about how much work is ahead of me and what will I need to do it. Thank you. I am also open to more realistic suggestions aka "drop a 351 in it cuz your outta luck" if need be. Thanks.

How about a nice 408 Windsor with a largish h/roller and AFR 205 heads.

I think you about covered it, longblock with intake and all the little necessities, enough fuel to allow it to run properly, headers, tranny, mounts, should about do it.
