Okay i have a 99 3.8 stang! My cruise control and brake lights stopped working. I checked every fuse and they seem to be okay, i've checked the bulbs and they were fine as well, then i changed the brake light switch and still nothing! If anyone can help i would be very thankful!

Most likely that is your speed sensor gone bad. I don't know how advanced Ford got with your year, but I know on 90's vehicles like my Dodge truck it has a speed sensor on the tranny and another on the pumpkin. The rear one generally causes the symptoms you describe. Check out a Haynes to see how your Stang is put together.
