Does anyone have information on converting a 65 mustang wiring harness to a 66 AMP gauge? I found a 66 wiring diagram and it shows that a red and yellow wire need to be connected tot he amp gauge and when I trace them back they both go to the same side of the starter relay. Is this right?

Not really sure exactly what you are asking but in my opinion you should be bypassing the amp gauge anyways. It's an old and outdated way of reading your electrical system.

Bypass it and hook up a volt meter instead.
