Default Gauges act weird when apply brake, turn lights on etc.

ok I have a 1994 stang and the problem I have is when you push the brake ,turn the lights on, turn the turn signals on or when the fan kicks on my oil and temp gauges jump up so say you have 40 psi and when you apply brake it will jump to 50 or when you turn the turn signal on it will jump back and forth from 40 to 50 like it's in sync with the flash and when fan and lights are on it will just hold a higher pressure same goes for the temp gauge. The problem has been there for the last four years on the dash gauges but today I put the digital gauges in , in hopes the problem was the gauges in dash but it was not. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Maybe the car is possessed?

Obviously some sort of common electrical problem.. has the cars electrical system been abused much, stuff like stereo installs, alarm system installs, etc?

Only thing that has been added was the radio and it was just a plug in kinda thing but the problem was there before with the gauges in the dash moving around when you turn things on etc.

OK I replaced the ground from the battery to block and block to body/frame and body/frame to battery and the problem is still there. And does anybody know what the fan sensor in 94 mustangs are set to turn the fan on? The digital gauge I installed reads 215 then fan turns on. NOt sure if that is even a real number since when the fan turns on it jumps to 245 then when the fan shuts off it drops back to 205. Any help would be great thanks.
