Bad noise from suspension...HELPP
Right before I come to a complete stop and the front of the car dips down, one of the front left suspension parts (spring or strut I believe) will make a pretty loud "click" noise about 3 consecutive times, and repeat as the front rises again and the car comes to a stop. It also happen when the car is rolling backwards and i hit the brakes and when the front rises it makes one "click" noise. I was thinking it could be my springs because I dont have isolators on them, but dont see how the noise could come from that. Ive heard from a few people it could be my stock strut thats making the noise because I have lowering springs. The car has 120,000 miles and has had aftermarket springs for the last 3,000 miles or so. Please let me know what you think. Thanks alot

try having a buddy rock the car while you lay on the ground and listen. Is it a metallic sound or kind of a hollow knock? My guess would be balljoints or a arm bushings, and if either are original with 120k, might not be a bad idea to replace both.
Another way, put the car up on stands and pull the wheel, see if you can detect anything that way, wether its free play, or if you cycle the arm with a jack while the frame is properly supported.. but be smart
