Default Some real nice guy hav a lot of time?

Can somebody give me or direct me to a site that has, a complete self-install for lowering Springs?? I'm doin it myself and have a pretty good idea about what to do but am timid because it is my first time

Thanks alot for any help

I have a good amount of skill with cars just never done a spring job on my car, would you really not recommend doing it?

Use a jack to jack the a arms up. Just make sure when you unbolt everything, and when you're done, let the jack down real slow. You don't want that **** flying out and causing a mess to you're face.
