Obviously a heavy duty tranny to boot, so grab a Tremec or a Ford Racing Heavy duty and you'll be golden. Sounds like its going to be a pretty bad machine. You'll need to beef up suspension if you want traction and to keep the thing handling relatively well, and change out the wheels to get the power to grip. Also the obvious stuff like exhaust, whichwill be a little bit different, although I havnt ever looked for exhaust for a 460 to go on a stang. Just the general fit and finish of stuff will be challanging, but It'll work out. Like DW said, you'll def need motor mounts, and maybe a new hood depending on how high up the engine sits and stuff. In keeping with the high HP/high quality, you'll need new driveshaft, and new rear end to handle the load. And a whole lot of little stuff. That covers most of the bigger parts I think.
