Check with Justin at VMP Tuning. He doesn't tune the 5.0's to the best of my knowledge but since he's in your backyard he may be able to recommend some one competent.

If you want to drive a bit. Trick Pro motorsports is supposed to be good. They're in Palm Bay Florida. If you do go there, you will be right down the road from Silverhorse racing.
But maybe asking this in the Florida Chapter section of the forum will produce better answers.
