Default RE: pi swap

Before year 99 mustangs had what is called NPI heads. After they started using PI heads. A GT with NPI heads makes about 180 rwhp, a GT with PI heads makes about 220 rwhp. So swap in newer heads to get more power.

This swap is usually comes with porting, polishing, a valve job, improved valve train. Sometimes people install forget pistons and increase compression, in these cases a set of new cams is also used. With such mods 280 rwhp is possible with 2v 4.6L.
