Sorry, tried searching, nothing specific. This is for 01 GT Coupe.


First question:

If you have 4V heads, intake for 4V engine, timing cover, timing chains. Less electronic engine controls, does this mean you could convert to 4V just by swapping heads, intake, timing cover?



Second question:

Less electronic engine controls, what does a 5.4L swap involve?

Are you talking about if you have a 5.4 motor that is currently a 2V? So you're wanting to know if you have a 5.4 2v motor if you can convert it to a 4v simply with using like Navigator 4v heads/intake/timing? Yes you can.

I just asked two questions which I want to know the answer for. I don't have a 5.4, nor I don't plan to get a 5.4, nor convert my 2v into 4v. Not just yet. Simply provide me with information I'm looking for in the first post. I wasn't able to find that using search.
