HID's

So i need to know if i am better off ordering a HID pkg with my new 2012 v6 premium vert. for approx. $800-900. with alarm and wheel lock.? OR

From what I've heard, the installation of the HID's is a breeze. Kits go for around 200 bucks and if you're even a little mechanically inclined you should be able to do it yourself no problem. Plug and play.

I noticed you own a 2011 camaro. You're welcome anyway haha

You can get an HID kit off ebay for about $100-120 these days.

You can also get a HID kit from DDM Tuning. Cheap and lifetime warranty.

DDM? I never heard of them. Can you link their website?

I just did a google and the only DDM I found was for toy cars and kids scooters.

I would pay for factory HIDs if given the option.

And yes DDM has a "lifetime warranty", but that doesn't make the process painless. They are not known for their customer service.

Plus an HID kit should really be coupled with a projector. My guess is a non-HID headlight housing does not come with a projector like the HID would.

Sorry for the late reply. ddmtuning.com is the site. I've had a good experience with them the past couple of times I ordered.
