Question Do I have a bad Catalytic Converter?

I have white smoke coming out of the cat on the passenger side of my mustang. It's only coming out of the cat, and nothing is coming out of the end of the exhaust and nothing on the other cat. It doesnt smell like anti freeze but i didnt think cats went bad. Answers?

Nothing should come out of your cat that doesn't go out the end of the tail pipe. The cat and exhaust pipes should be sealed. Sounds like you have a whole in your exhaust.

OUT of the cat, or OFF the cat (like a fluid leaked onto it and is burning off when it gets hot)?

Would it burn white?

Smoke is white.
Or did you mean the liquid on your cats are white. Get it on a lift or jack stands and take a closer look.

Steam is white. I'd say if your not losing coolant it's most likely your ac condensate drain dripping on the exhaust.

LOL restart.

You have white smoke that you can see. Is it coming from the exhaust tip or from somewhere in the middle of the car (from under the car)?

It looks like it is coming from the catalytic converter on the passenger side. Something may be dripping. Nothing is wet in and around that area though, hence my confusion.
