Default Seat Belt retractor not working, 2000 mustang.
Hi, the driver side seat belt retractor does not pull the belt back into the rear door panel. Looks like I would have to take the whole panel off to service it. Any ideas?

Assuming there aren't any obstructions, the internal spring in the retractor is probably broken. Go to a local junk yard/pick-n-pull/dealer and get a new (to you) retractor. Good luck...
