I know i've seen this topic on a previous thread, but I am not able to find it.

My main questions are:
-I've heard its possible to take an 03'/04' Supercharger to use for an 01', but with many conversions.
-Is it worth the cost and efforts with the Eaton M112 conversions?
-Is it better to find a KB? I know they are very expensive unless found used.
- Any suggestions where to get a used KB?

-I've been looking at a 2001 Mustang Cobra that a guy is selling for $10k, about an hour away for me; has 63k miles. Gave me the Vin and all, seems pretty nice from the pictures i've seen. I wouldnt mind seeing the car in person here soon. I was hoping to get a few opinions on the idea.

-I'm also confused on the grille situation of the Cobra years. Which years had what grille and what else contributes? (Ex: Cobra emblem, Mustang Emblem).

Of course the 03'/04' has noticeable changes from the 01' in performance and styling, but I dont have tons of money laying around either. And who could pass up a decent cobra for a decent price?
I appreciate all help, I'm just trying to do all the research and work, before I jump on this.

I thought about doing this myself. Then I have read a few posts that say it is not worth it. By the time you end up obtaining all the parts needed to install the eaton, you would be better off getting the KB kit. Also the kb has better performance. The motor in the 01 is not forged like the 03/04's are, and it is higher compression, so therefore we can't run high boost. As for the grill situation, to the best of my knowledge, all cobras came with the running horse in the front, and the snake emblems on the side.
