I can get a LED headlight for my Harley, but not for my car?
It's amazing to me that LED headlights have not replaced HID as standard equipment on all vehicles. I can now order a replacement LED headlight and secondary lights for my Harley, which is essentially stone age in almost every way, but I cannot buy something like this for any of my other vehicles. Aggravating...

I've seen LEDs used to replace pretty much every other light, including fog lights, but nothing for headlights yet. Wouldn't be surprised if something came out soon, but then again, I'm not big on electronics and all that

its hard to replace HID lights since they have only recently come down in price in the past few years to be used more frequently. HIDs are only standard if a few models, namely the more expensive ones. With that being said I am wlling to bet it is still 5 or 6 standard hallogen lights to each HID, probably more. Also with that being said those look brighter then the halogens but I would not say as bright as an HID. With HIDs being low current consumption as well as the leds, the cost of the led lights vs halogen or even HID now that it will be a little while longer till you see them in cars. IF when they do come out for cards if they are as ugly as the one in that harley I have no intentions of getting one as it looks like it belongs in some ricer car with matching altezza tail lights.
