The only people that curb their wheels, are the jackasses that don't pay attention when they are driving. They are also the same people who will drive around with bubbles in the sidewalls of their tires, steel sticking out of the tread from improperly worn tires.

people like that wont purchase an absurdly expensive system to prevent damage that they aren't going to give a **** about in the first place.

IMO the only real way to stop curb rash is to not let anyone (even your wife,lol) drive your car. We all know our cars and we know where we can fit and what we can get around. Just some food for thought!

I have a bad eye and very bad depth perception.

So I just use the side mirror, power to into position so I can see the curb and my rear wheel.

I personally think they are a waste of money. Just adjust your mirrors accordingly when parking.
