Default 2008 Mustang TPS, Wrench Light, P0610 in SNOW only

Hi all,
I have a 2008 Mustang (V6) that had wrench light issues and a code was pulled. Can't remember code # (this was at a shop) and it said do not replace TPS, clean TB. Had code cleared and TB cleaned, seemed to be okay.

Literally, as soon as there is snow falling from the sky, the wrench light comes on. There doesn't even need to be snow on the ground. Doesn't happen in rain, either. Wrench light comes on, car bogs down, sometimes the CEL will come on, and sometimes not.

I replaced the TPS thinking that may be the problem... worked for a couple days then it snowed and the same thing happened.

I was on a 6 hour drive yesterday, wrench light came on when I was driving through snow squalls. Would restart the car while rolling to get rid of the wrench light, would stay off for a few minutes then come back on. As soon as I made it through the snowfall, restart the car again, no wrench light the entire way home. (CEL was tripped) It really sucks getting thrown into limp mode on a 100 km/hr highway....

Pulled code this morning and it shows P0610. WHY is this only happening in the snow!!!! Even sometimes when its not snowing the car will surge or buck randomly and then continue driving fine. Any ideas?
