How are the HID on the road at night?

Mines are halogens and they are smoked....CANT SEE at night!!! I dont recommend my set up.

I got new blubs (those 5000k ones) the next night hoping they will help.... NOT enough!

HID + DRL?

Hopefully my comment will steer others away from this setup.

In the rain and dark, these are a lot like not having headlights at all.

I also have the smoked ones. i did the spray paint route. its only 12 bucks for the can and i did my tail lights too.

overall, i dont like how the headlights work at night. you can't see. and yes even if you have HID, its still not very. maybe HID w/ foglihgts.

I was pulled over by cops and i will have to take them off soon.

but the tail lights are great. I have driven behind several stangs w/ them and you CAN tell when they brake so its still VERY FUNCTIONAL.

all in all... Headlights = NO
Taillgiths = YES

Hope this is helpful
