I was looking inder my car today and in the rear where the passanger side fuel tank strap bolts up to the frame is all rotted out and almost falling off. Has anyone had this problem? What can i do to repair it? thanks

You can replace with fresh metal. If it's as bad as you say it is, you better do it before your inspection before you have to pay a shop to do it.
