Question 1989 ford mustang with 3inches of vacum

hi im new here and i have used this site as a reference for problems ive had in the past so i fianlly decided to join when i have a problem i cant seem to solve

i have a 1989 ford mustang gt. brand new jasper engine with venom 19lbs injectors bbk cold air intake and a flowmaster catback exhaust. i replaced the enigine do to low oil pressure.

so with the new engine in it seems to run like total crap i have 3 inches of vacumn at idle ( tried three different gauges jsut to to make sure i wasnt crazy) the engine runs and dies serveral times before i can get it to stay running. i know the timing is correct and i dont seemt o have any obvious vacumm leaks. ive tried swapping mass air flow and baro sensors forma friends car and doesnt seem to help. i did a compression test and i have 150 psi across the board on all 8 cylinders and im kinda baffled. any help would be greatly aprreciated since im gettin fed up

Sounds more like ignition. Make sure all your wires are tightened up.
