I replaced my battery today and the first thing I noticed was this annoying ticking noise every time I pressed anything whether it was the break, the accelerator, the turn signal, the windshield wipers anything. When my car was off but you did any of the aforementioned the dash lights would blink, the dome light, and the turn signals and the ticking noise would begin. Other than that the car runs the same. No issues turning on, accelerating etc...
Additional info I do have an aftermarket alarm installed

Recheck all of your connections on the terminals.

I rechecked my connections, I left a wire somewhat loose when I re connected the little speaker thing for the alarm, thanks for the advice!
