Need help getting the Cold Air induction need to check air filter off-
The bottom two bolts are not coming out, there is a rubber washer under it and it is turning with the wrench. I think I need to hold the rubber washer stationary while I wrench out the bolts but cant get my hands underneith.
How do I get this damn air filter out? thanks :0)
