2013 Mustang Exhaust Systems
So I have a few questions on the exhaust systems on these newer Mustangs.
I am rather stumped on which is the better route to go, axle back or Cat Back exhaust. What exactly is the main difference and the pro's and cons of each.
If I go the Cat Back route I have been stuck between the Pypes Pype-Bomb Super System Catback Exhaust or Borla ATAK / Stinger.
As for Axle back systems I just have no idea. Been watching a lot of youtube and looking up different systems but its been rather overwhelming.
I am really looking for an exhaust system that gives me that nice rich loud sound that my 72 Mach 1 puts out. So if anyone has any other suggests I would like to look into it.

Borla S-types are great axle-backs that offer a nice deep tone. Pair that with either an O/R or high flow catted H-pipe and you'll get that loudness you're looking for. I prefer the H-pipe as it maintains a deeper sound whereas the X-pipe can at times be pretty raspy.
