so i put in my b&m short throw in my 04 gt about 2 or 3 months ago--- its the good one with the extra springs incuded... etc. well long story short, after a lot of test and tune i got it to where none of my gears had any issues. well--- here is the problem--- there is a decent amount of side to side wobble while in gear.... out of gear it is still there but obviously thats normal... is there something i did not do correctly??? as i tighten either spring on either side, all it seems to do is cause a binding preventing the speeds on the oposite side from being easy to engage. i am pretty decent with simple mechanics but this has me stumped. basically the main problem is sometimes third is a little sloppy to get into..

any major thoughts on this can also be forwarded to my work email joshua.j.patterson@verizonwireless.com i check that more than i come to this board... thanks for your help.

I just went out and checked my Pro 5.0 shifter and it has about 1/2 inch of play at the shift ****.I would consider this normal.

chopper--- do you mis throw third a lot?? i almost have to hold 2nd hard towards the pass seat then shift a little to the right to go into third.... the stock shifter really didnt have this problem.. anyone else i know has a front wheel drive doesnt have this problem at all.... i love the way it shifts but its justa little disappointment.
