Default fuel pump not coming on, no signal to coil?

Ok, long story short, I was changing injectors in my car. Change them, car fires, but fuel is leaking from one. Pull intake back off, seat injector better, put back together, and now the fuel pump won't prime/come on at all, even when cranking. The coil is only getting 2V, the injectors aren't reading anything (however, I was trying to read with a DMM and not an O scope).

I don't know what happened between me adjusting one injector and trying to start it again, but something did. I really have no idea where to start either. I've checked all the wiring and wiring harnesses, and have seen nothing out of the norm.

The car is a 1995 with a 351w stroked to 393.

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
