Default Running rich problems

Not sure what's going on the car is fuel injected with 34lbs injectors and maf to match . Fuel pressure is set at 36 lbs . When the car starts the is a lot of smoke and heavy smell of fuel . Replaced lots of part and checked for vacuum leaks . Smoke never really clears with the heavy smoke and smell of fuel . When driving it get real sluggish and feels like it starts to jump around 2700rpms . Would love suggestions

what kind of car! The 93 maybe? If it is efi you can order a canned tune and install it for the bigger injectors. sounds like the air to fuel is off, and more than likely needs timing added.thats the sluggishness.
