Hey guys so I know this is all over the internet but I was wondering what you guys thought I should be using in my particular situation. I have a 89 5.0 with lower mileage (according to the previous owner, only about 40,000). I live in Michigan but only drive my car during the summer, and almost never go to the strip. It is a totally stock block.

What oil do YOU think I should use?
