having trouble with the brakes PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY BRAKES!!!
THE MATER CYLINDER AND THE HYDRO BOOSTER AND THE PROPORTIONING VALVE HAVE BEEN REPLACED. BRAKE FLUID IS NOT GOING THROUGH THE LINES, THE LINES HAVE ALREADY BEEN BLEEDED. THE BRAKE PEDAL STAYS AT THE BOTTOM AND THE BRAKE WHERE THE CALIPER IS IS CLAMPED CLOSED AS IF I WERE PRESSING ON THE BRAKES!!! I AM AT THE EDGE OF MY ROPE, DESPERATELY NEED SOME ADVICE AS TO WHAT IT COULD BE.

Try uninstalling the master cylinder and removing the pushrod assembly in it to properly prime that system.

As mentioned before the master cylinder must be bench bled to remove all air from it before installing.
You mentioned you changed the brake booster. There is a booster pushrod adjustment that may need to be done to it to bring it into spec with your old one. From what I've read, you start the engine to supply vacuum to the booster and check the measurement. A gauge can be made that straddles the booster and allows the pushrod to touch it with approx. 5 psi tension. The measurement should read 0.98" - 0.995".

You also mention only "one" brake caliper is not releasing the rotor. It could be an internally collapsed brake hose. They may allow brake fluid under pressure to the caliper but not allow the fluid to return due to the restriction.
