Default Help with leak pictures Please

I have an oil leak I thought it was my valve gaskets but after replacing it still leaks.I believe its coming out of this black rubber gasket thing right by the oil plug.can anyone tell me what it is and do these have a tendency to leak every now and then.It seems loose and I can move it around

THat rubber plug looks like it is in the bell housing so Im guessing you have a rear main seal that is leaking.

Could be as stated a rear main seal. Check your PCV system, if it's still being used, looking at your mods, and make sure something isn't plugged causing high crankcase pressure.
