Default High RPM clutch

Is there anyone using the McLeod RST or RXT that shifts somewhat regularly at 7,600 RPM? I have gone through two aftermarket clutches and have read good things about the RST or RXT so I am considering buying the RXT. Like anyone else though, I would like this to be the solution to my problem as removing transmissions (plus the cost of the clutches themselves) is getting old.
The two clutches I had before were both 12 inch so I'm sure that was part, if not all, of the problem.
Just looking for any advice/experience on this.
Thank you

7600 RPM? What mods do you have that would allow you to safely shift at that RPM and would also gain you anything by going that high? These cars fall off significantly after 6700 and the stock engines aren't made to rev that high reliably for that long.

You are right, I have no practical reason to be that high. I come from a comp eliminator racing background where 10,000 rpm is the norm, so part of my enjoyment with my car is running higher rpms. The engine is not stock, it was built to run high rpm's...and yes I know that the engine cannot do this forever.
I was told by McLeod when I spoke to them that there are several 302's that are running the RXT and winding nearly that high between shifts so that is why I posted this question. I wanted to see if there was some real world experience with this clutch at that RPM. I mean no disrespect to McLeod and I do not doubt them, but the prior two clutch manufacturers told me no problem with those RPM's and I did not get far at all before they failed.
I just wanted to see if there is anyone who had high rpm experience with that clutch before I buy it.
Thanks

You might want to get ahold of Norm from the forums. He does some racing on the weekends and is a wealth of knowledge. Also bluesrtbeast but he's more fox body knowledge. I don't know if you can PM with such a low post count though.

So how's the dyno of your engine configuration look?

Thank you for the help. I'll see if I can send them a PM or if I cannot, I'll try to get in touch with them some other way.
The engine was on a Superflow 902 engine dyno and made 572/515. I don't have the printout in front of me but I believe it peaked around 6,700 and held on fairly well to 7,300. I suppose that calculates to upper 400's at the wheel.
I'm just guilty of enjoying the sound of high rpms.
