Default 302 build up compatibility/ evaluation

Hey guys building up a motor, and wanted to see if you can see any problems with compatibility or running issues before I go all out. So here's the plan:

71 302: been bored 30 over, honed, full overhaul.

JE forged pistons filed to fit cylinders with valve reliefs

Lunati voodoo hydraulic flat tappet cam and lifter kit pn# 10350700LK

Trickflow twisted wedge cylinder heads 170 58cc chamber pn# tfs-51410004-m58

Edelbrock preformer intake 2121
Edelbrock 600 4barrel carb

Also I want to drop a manual transmission in into it.(65 coupe with the 71 302).T-5, t18/19 Muncie 4spd are all ok with me, it's all ok $ is something to keep in mind. Can somebody give the run down on parts needed or what will work i.e. bellhousing etc.

Thanks I know it's a very broad area to go off of. But I'd appreciate any help
