Where can I get some new steering wheel buttons. Mine r wearing off?

Thanks for the post!
Mine are wearing out and I was wondering how tough it would be to replace them. I have 63K miles on it, no one else has even opened the hood. This looks like a pretty easy task.

Mine are starting to wear off in some places and it irritates the crap out of me everytime I look at them. I have never had a vehicle that rubbed off so quickly.
