Default BIG PROBLEM 13 GT 5.0 Misfire

Greetings, I have a 13' GT 5.0 w/ stick. Has 20,400 miles on it Having an intermittant misfire on Cyl's 3 & 4 which puts car into temporary limp mode. Mostly happens with vehicle under moderate throttle (like entering a highway). Check engine light flashes and car feels like somebody has pulled out several spark plug wires (I know it doesn't have any - but that's the feeling.) This is the 4th time it's been in. Each time dealer had reflashed computer and sent it down the road. This 4th time - dealer has had car for 50 days straight. Dealer has no clue. Engineer from Ford has no clue. Apparently the "best & brightest" in Dearborn...Aren't... Car has Borla axlebacks, AFE OEM filter, Air aid throttle body spacer & Right side PCV "catch cup". Dealer & ford are throwing in the towel & ford is now working on a "Replacement". I think I'm gonna get bent over on the buy back. ANYONE have any insight as to the possible problem or any experience with "Replacement program"
Please, any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Jim

Sorry to hear about your problems. I suspect that the dealer is not taking you seriously since you have a throttle body spacer.

I strongly encourage you to never tell anyone that you purchased that - ever again.

Well, The problem started WAY before any of the aftermarket equipment was installed. I have since retruned the vehicle to bone stock - and it's still misfiring. Any other probabilities.....?????

then why didn't you bring it into the dealer before changing a bunch of stuff?

It's the new mentality of the 2010s - instead of doing something productive to resolve a given issue people take to the internet to complain.
