I have a 96 mustang gt. The horn crusie and cig lighter dose not work. I have checked all the fuses both in the car and under the hood and also just replaced the clock spring cause a guy said that was the problem. So any help thank you

I can't remember, are all those on the same fuse ? If so, I'd start back probing the fuse block to see where your losing power. Corrosion on the terminals, cut wire, or possibly just a bad fuse that still looks good.
