Im in the process of repairing a 1997 gt vert that was given to me after it was in an accident. i picked up a 1996 coupe for parts. i am just doing some double checking to see if part numbers were different between the coupe and the vert as far as the door and glass go, and i am coming up with different part numbers for the glass between the coupe and the vert. has anyone swapped doors from a vert to a coupe or vice versa and ran into fitment issues?

The doors and glass between coupe and convertible are a direct swap, you shouldn't have any issues.
