Default Need a bit of help: how to replace door lock grommet

I know it may sound silly, but I have new grommets for my 71 mustang (CJ Pony Part: http://www.cjponyparts.com/scott-dra...-1973/p/HW915/)

And I'm trying to remove my factory ones but not sure how they come out. Do they pop out? I've pried on them fairly strongly but not budging

I have a small, flat tip screw driver that has a 45º bend in it that is perfect for these kinds of jobs. Slip the tip under the grommet and work your way around pushing in the tabs, taking care not to scar your doors. Wrapping the immediate area with painters tape will provide a bit of a buffer between your screw driver and the door.
