Default Gears and Trac-lok (DIY Changing)

I have an 05 Mustang with the 7.5" rear end.

I have the trac-lok and 4.10 gears I was planning on installing.

I know that installing the gears isn't someting I should attempt myself (at least not until I've seen it done a few times)... what about the trac-lok?

How difficult is that to change out?

I just got a nitrous kit, and didn't think the gears would be as important too me... thought I might be able to change the diff out myself...

any thoughts?

The T-Lok and the gears are integrated with each other; the ring gear of your new 4.10 gear set (or your existing ring gear) would be mounted onto the T-Lok.

The trak lok on the 8.8 in the fox is the clutches on the side of the carrier i believe. Like once you get it ripped apart its not hard to do at all as long as you put the same amount of discs in that you take out. As for the differential I wouldnt suggest trying it your self unless you definately know how to measure the pinion depth and the right measuring instrument for the backlash.
