Turn signals don't blink
We picked up a '98 GT.
On folloing me home, my wife noted that I hadn't used my blinkers--odd, because I do it without thinking.
On investigating, we found that they work, but don't blink. I can operate them by flicking the lever back and forth, but blinking just doesn't happen.
Does this mean that the relay is out in the fuse block, or was that no longer the case by '98
