I just recently bought a mustang and previous owner had some parts with it. Are these parts of other kind of stang or where should these go ?

I'm no expert on the 1968, but that looks like window trim to me

Yes those are window trim , remove the interior door/rear panel they fit on the body side. Those clips snap into the door and quarter panel. people usually replace that trim because the rubber wiper that rides on the glass get dry rotted and falls apart.
