Default Best Route for Performance on 18 GT?

So not sure if this is the right place to post as I’m new to the forums(if not delete post) but I got a 2018 Mustang GT Automatic and I came from a SUbaru STI so mustangs are a pretty different game to me, but I wanna get opinions on what Steps to take first Instead of just doing pointless upgrades that won’t benefit as much, all advice is appreciated

You don't say which Ford performance options you already have or what your intent is. The car is damn nice the way it is. For performance you can feel, supercharge it. If you just want better acceleration, switch to 3:55 gears assuming you have 3:15 now. If you don't have a performance handling pack, install a Ford Racing street or track complete suspension package. The sky is the limit aside from your budget.

my bad didn’t think about it, yeah I have the stage 1 performance pack with limited slip rear axle dif ratio the Brembos, wheels tires etc, and I’ve looked at supercharging but don’t wanna do that right now due to cost so I wasn’t sure if stuff like a cold air, tune, e85 etc would be the best route

Not a fan of CAI, especially without a tune, stay away from E85. Tunes seem to cause a lot of problems. If you did one, do the Ford Racing tune. Anything from FRP tends to not void warranties and is designed for your car.
